Since the beginning of Oventure, our mission has always been to give women everywhere an extra hand, which is why we're beyond thrilled to announce our new partnership with United Way of Metropolitan Dallas!
One of our 2021 goals was to kickoff a charitable partnership that would impact our community longterm. We loved that the United Way of Metropolitan Dallas was not only a local organization, but also had a brand mission that aligned perfectly with ours. We know that the United Way of Metropolitan Dallas shares our belief that when women thrive, communities thrive.
Jennifer Sampson, who is the CEO of United Way of Metropolitan Dallas, was actually one of our first and best customers. We used to deliver Jennifer’s gift orders to her in the United Way parking garage. We have always been impressed with her work at the United Way, so when the opportunity arose to work with them and the Women of Tocqueville Fund, we jumped at it.
In an effort to support, empower and inspire female entrepreneurs affected by the pandemic, we have donated $10k to the United Way Women of Tocqueville Fund for Women & Children. For the first time ever, we have also designed a Limited Edition Sapphire Croc Big O Key Ring that will give back to the United Way. We are proud to be donating 20% of the proceeds from this Limited Edition Big O directly to the Women of Tocqueville Fund. Our partnership will work to put Big O-pportunity in the hands of North Texas women and children.
The overwhelmingly positive support from the women of Dallas was crucial in getting Oventure off the ground in its infancy, and we thought it fitting that this partnership would be a way for us to return the support to the women of Dallas. After all, we firmly believe that women supporting other women is the best way to invest in our collective future!

About the United Way Women of Tocqueville Fund
The Women of Tocqueville Fund for Women and Children was established in 2018 as part of the United Way Foundation of Metropolitan Dallas. The Fund provides critical assistance for North Texas women and children through targeted financial and skill-based investments in the areas of education, income and health.
